1. Acceptance

By downloading or using SuperSnap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. License

SuperSnap is sold as a one-time purchase. Buying a license grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use SuperSnap on one Mac. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.

3. Updates

All future updates to the core app are included in your one-time purchase at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

SuperSnap comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email me at daniel.atitienei08@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use SuperSnap to:

• Create or distribute content that violates applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software
• Circumvent license verification mechanisms

6. Disclaimer of warranties

SuperSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Atitienei (the developer of SuperSnap) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SuperSnap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
